Liker Master Class 2011
Tecla Consulting has helped organize the first Liker Master Class in Italy. In collaboration with Brian Swain of Rubicon Wigzell Ltd., Prof.Jeffrey Liker has held a master class on "Toyota Under Fire." The Master Class in Milan organized by Price Waterhouse Coopers, has seen the participation of the CEO and COO of several Italian companies. Managers who took part in had the opportunity to confront one of the most respected gurus of Lean and Toyota Way in the world who talked on how Toyota is implementing strategies in the times of crisis and on how these can be applied to their businesses.
